Facebook Pages and Instagram Business are live today, connected through official Meta OAuth. The Google Business connector is built and waiting on approved API access. YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok are in development — we don't present them as available until they ship.
>_ Can Tamanor automatically hide comments?+
Yes — but only if you turn it on. When a workspace owner enables automation rules, Tamanor can automatically hide comments that match those rules. Automation is optional and off by default; otherwise every action waits for human approval. You stay in control.
>_ Does the AI make decisions?+
No. The AI evaluates and scores risk, your rules decide what happens, and people approve anything sensitive. Tamanor never moderates autonomously on its own judgement.
>_ Where is our data stored?+
In one database with tenant isolation enforced at the database level. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged, access is through official OAuth only, and the architecture is built for European privacy and operational requirements.
>_ What happens if an OAuth token expires?+
Token health is monitored continuously. You're notified and guided through a reconnect before an expired token can silently stop sync — no manual investigation required.
>_ Can we disable automation completely?+
Yes. Tamanor can run in monitoring-only mode: it watches, scores and surfaces risk, but takes no action unless you enable rules or approve something yourself.
